International Shipping
We ship Luna Designs frames from South Africa to customers around the world. Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination and the contents of your order and will be shown during checkout.
Orders are carefully packed to protect the frames during international transit.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or other charges in the destination country. Where available, these charges will be calculated during checkout.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping service. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll provide tracking information where available.
Please bear in mind that customs clearance can occasionally cause delays outside our control.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your Luna Designs frame. If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order before sending it back.
For many international customers, we can provide a local or regional return address, so your frame does not necessarily need to be shipped all the way back to South Africa. Please contact us before returning anything and we will provide the appropriate return instructions and address.
Returned items must be in their original condition and securely packaged. Unless an item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please do not return an item to the address on the original shipping label unless we have specifically asked you to do so.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging. This helps us resolve the problem quickly and, where necessary, make a claim with the carrier.
One-of-a-Kind Frames
Because we work with reclaimed timber, every Luna Designs frame is unique. Variations in colour, paint, texture, weathering and markings are an intentional part of the product rather than defects.
The frame shown in an individual product listing is the actual frame you will receive.
